Tampa Bay should focus on getting a successor to Tom Brady at QB

If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization really believe that Tom Brady have moved on from them, then the Bucs should prepare to find a successor QB to Brady. Brady need time to weigh his options before he make up his mind and decide if he will come back for a 24th season in the NFL, return for a 4th Season with Tampa Bay, move on and play somewhere else or retire. I think that the Bucs is hindering their situation because they're hoping that Brady will say that he will come back and try and win another Superbowl ring 💍 with them.

We should be focusing on going younger. Brady is hindering the Bucs by making them play the "waiting game." Like I mentioned in a previous post we didn't handle the Brady decision well. It's obvious that we need to focus on our running game and drafting an OL that was a big part of our success when we won the Superbowl in 2020. Our D is solid and we had an injury 🤕 plagued year but injuries is a part of sports and we have to play through them. The NFL moto since I've been watching it in the late 80's and early 90's, "injuries is no excuse why a team lost games."

The Bucs organization is hindering their Superbowl dreams by waiting on Brady's decision. The Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints believes that the NFC South is wide open for any of those teams to win the division in the 2023 Season because of the drama that appear to be going on in Tampa. I've been a Bucs fan for 24 years and been following that team for 26 years now.

Jimmy Garoppolo QB of the San Francisco 49ers would be an excellent choice at QB for the Bucs. The Niners already let Jimmy G know that they were moving on from him. San Francisco is a potential landing spot for Brady if he decides to leave Tampa and California is Brady's home.

Derek Carr QB of the Las Vegas Raiders would be an upgrade for the Bucs if they decide to either keep Blaine Gabbert as backup QB and 3rd string QB Kyle Trask or cut one of these QB's. Raiders most definitely will part ways with Carr and hopeful that they can land Brady with the talent that they have. Las Vegas and Tennessee are also possible landing spots for Brady if he decides to leave Tampa.
