  The Tampa Bay Buccaneers took on the Detroit Lions in the motor City in Week 2 in the NFL. This the rematch of last year's Divisional Playoffs and boy the Defense by both teams were great.  Bucs QB Baker Mayfield threw a TD pass to Chris Godwin and rushed for a TD of his own. David Montgomery ran for a TD for the Lions. The Bucs win their rematch against the Lions 20-16. Lions QB Jared Goff threw 2 INTs and Bucs QB Mayfield threw an INT but the Bucs made big plays when they had to when Mayfield rushed for the go ahead TD game winner. The Bucs improve to (2-0) with the win and their 4th straight 2-0 start in franchise history.

  In week 1 of the regular season the Washington Commanders took on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Raymond James Stadium 🏟️ in Tampa, FL. QB Baker Mayfield had an MVP type game for the Bucs throwing TD passes twice to Mike Evans, 1 TD to Chris Godwin, and 1 TD to rookie Jaylen McMillan for the Bucs.  Rookie Commanders QB Jayden Daniels was no slouch rushing for 2 TD's himself for the Commanders. Brian Robinson, Jr rushed for a TD for the Commanders. This game featured no turnovers by either team but at the end of the day Mayfield's Bucs routed Daniels Commanders 37-20. The Bucs with the win is (1-0) which is their 4th straight regular season opening win in franchise history. This a good win by the Bucs.
